No. Classes are designed to welcome beginners while giving experienced students and competitors room to keep developing.
It depends on whether you want striking, grappling, or complete MMA training. If you are not sure, tell us your goals on the contact page and we can point you toward a class to start with.
Yes. Kids Kickboxing & Self-Defense and Youth No-Gi Grappling & Wrestling Fundamentals run on the published weekday and Saturday schedule. Weekday kids and youth classes require advance signup.
Comfortable athletic clothes, a water bottle, and something to tie long hair back. Ask Coach David about gloves or other program-specific gear before buying anything.
